Reservations

[    R E S E R V A T I O N   R E Q U I R E M E N T S   A N D   G U I D E L I N E S    ]
The following requirements are to be submitted by the buyer prior to the execution of the Contract to Sell or Deed of Absolute Sale, as applicable:

For individual buyers
  • Postdated Checks ( Down payment / Monthly amortization )  * all checks payable to Costa del Hamilo, Inc.
  • 2 Government issued ID’s if locally employed or 2 valid ID's if based abroad
  • TIN number
  • Proof of Billing
  • Marriage Contract – if Married
  • 2 copies of Special Power of Attorney (SPA) – if buyer is transacting through attorney-in-fact. The buyer must execute SPA bearing the signature of the buyer, the specimen signature of the attorney-in-fact, and the latter’s authority to transact for and on behalf of the buyer. If the buyer is unable to personally obtain the certificate of title, the SPA shall include the authority of the attorney-in-fact to receive the certificate of title on behalf of the buyer. The SPA shall be signed by all the buyers.
  • Divorce paper / Certificate of Finality  – if buyer is legally separated, or his/ her marriage has been annulled or declared null void, he/she must submit 3 certified true copies of the final and executory decision of the court granting the legal separation or annulment or declaring the marriage is null and void. If annulment is still on process, any proof stating that annulment is on process.
  • Photocopy of Death Certificate of the decreased Spouse – if buyer declared as widowed.
  • Photocopy of passport & date of entry – if the buyer resides outside the Philippines but the document is signed in the Philippines, a photocopy of the page in the passport showing date on entry in the Philippines must be submitted.
  • Affidavit of Guardianship – if the property is purchased by a minor, the parent / guardian must submit certified true copies of the final and executor order of the court approving the posting of the bond required under Article 225 of the family code and as applicable, the court order appointing the representative as guardian.
  • Affidavit of Citizenship (For Purchase of Land) – if the buyer is natural-born Filipino who was lost his / her Philippine citizenship, he/she must execute and deliver an affidavit showing the date and place of his / her birth, the names and addresses of his /her parents, the date he /she lost his/ her Philippine citizenship, the country of which he is presently a citizen, and his/ her intention to reside permanently in the Philippines. The affidavit must be triplicate and notarized. If accomplished abroad, must be consularized.

For Corporate Buyers
  • 2 valid government or company-issued ID’s for Authorized Company Representative
  • 2 copies of the Certificate of Registration, Articles on Incorporation / Partnership / Association and By-Laws of the corporation as registered in the Securities and Exchange Commission duly certified by the Securities and Exchange Commission or the Secretary of the Corporation.
  • 2 originals of the Secretary’s Certificate / Board Resolution
  • BIR  form 1903 – Taxpayer’s Record Update ( TRU)
  • For purchase of land, 2 original and notarized copy of a certification under oath by the Corporate Secretary / Treasurer of the corporation to the effect that 60% or more of the outstanding capital stock of the corporation is owned by Filipinos.
  • For purchase of condominium units, 2 original and notarized copies of a certification under oath by the Corporate Secretary of the corporation as to the nationality of its stockholders.

Reservation Procedure
  • Reservation fee (CASH, CHECK, WIRE TRANSFER, CREDIT CARD): P100,000 for Condominium (deductible from TCP-Total Contract Price) 
  • Minimum Downpayment: 20% of TCP
  • Discount: ___% on Spot Downpayment
  • ___% on Spot Cash Payment
  • Payment Schemes:  No Downpayment scheme, Deferred Financing, Step-up scheme, No Downpayment with Bullet Payments scheme.
  • Payment accepted: Cash, Check, Wire Transfer, Credit Card
  • Outstanding balance: Bank Financing, In-House Financing
  • Other Fees: Breakdown provided by Highlands Prime Inc. office depending on TCP
  • Payment Term – Schedule of Payment will be sent within two weeks from the date of reservation
  • Acknowledge Receipt from Highlands Prime Inc. (will be sent thru courier 1-2 weeks after reservation)

Basic Requirement for Booking/Reservation:

  • Signed Reservation Agreement and Buyers Information Sheet Forms
  • 2 valid Govt ID's for locally employed or 2 Valid ID's if based abroad or Passport for foreigners
  • Reservation Fee
